Review

If you are looking for an exciting and wonderful film with plenty of surprises, this is definitely one for the books. There are so many twists and turns in this surprising movie that you most certainly will be floating on the edge of your seat wondering what is to come next. What appears to be a seemingly easy escape in the beginning leads to a group of young men robbing an armored truck.

The film is well laced with plenty of heart-pounding car crashes, just to keep things interesting. Fast paced action and plenty of drama combine to create a film that is truly wonderful from beginning to end.

Excellent characterization is provided by the entire cast. David Doyle in particular stands out in his portrayal of Harry Klinger. Kerry Lynn and Robert Cokjlat also provide memorable portrayals as well. This is a film that will certainly delight all movie viewers, especially those who like a good action film with plenty of heart.

Review

This truly frightening thriller directed by Rolf Olsen explores the true story of one of the most brutal bank robberies in history. It occurred in August of 1971 in a branch bank office in Munich. Heinz Klett has made plans to hold up the Finanzbank along with his pregnant girlfriend and her somewhat reluctant brother. It is their plan to hold up the bank and then make their way to Australia with their ill gotten gains. Unfortunately, the hold-up quickly deviates from their plans and turns into a hostage situation with plenty of bloodshed.

Viewers should be aware that this film is not for those who are hesitant about viewing bloodshed. Based on an actual event, the violence of that event is explored in a very real and dramatic manner. If you can handle the violence of the film, it is an excellent movie that explores what happens when things go awry. A great cast, well written storyline and dramatic photography provide a movie that is certainly memorable.

Review

After a shipment of heroin disappears between New York and Italy, a pimp in Milan discovers he has been framed for the theft of the drugs. Two hit men are sent from New York in order to find him. At the same time, the thugs who really stole the drugs would like to find him before the hit men from New York do in order to make sure no one finds out he’s the wrong guy.

In the course of the search, the pimp's wife and daughter are murdered and he swears he will extract revenge on anyone who had anything to do with the murders.

Overall, a well paced and witty film with plenty of action to keep any adventure and action film fan happy. While the potential was certainly there for this type of film to be overdone, the directors and cast handled this film with precision and the result is an excellent movie. There is just enough grittiness to add reality to the film while editing is handled with perfection. Unlike many films of this time period, there are no wasted scenes and every scene in the film is important to the overall storyline.

This wonderful and classic film takes place on the tropical island of Wongo. Here, a tribe of incredibly beautiful women have discovered that a tribe of very handsome men inhabit the other side of their island. (Reviewer aside - Just how and where did all these beautiful people come from, that's what I would like to know.) And not only that, but, there is also a group of evil ape men living on the island.

The ape men have planned a raid on the tribe of women in order to obtain wives. The two beautiful tribes must unite in order to foil the plans of the evil ape men.

The scenery in this film is breathtaking. Much of the scenery includes fabulous shots of Coral Gardens and Silver Springs in Florida. A solid plot adds to the value of this film while great acting and direction create a film that is well-balanced and entertaining in every aspect. If you are looking for a good film to enjoy, this one is definitely worth your consideration.
