Review
A truly haunting film that begins with the rape and murder of a young woman. From here the viewer is taken through flashbacks in which a religious young woman is stalked and a mystery develops. You find yourself wondering who is stalking Ingrid. Is it the young punk or the young man who has rather mysteriously just moved to town? Is it possible it could be her own uncle?
Much like a Stephen King style horror film based on the demons that fill small town life, this is a movie with a storyline that builds slowly until you are totally immersed. Very well done with a lot of attention to detail. The austere, vivid atmosphere adds to the overall tone of the film. May Britt, who portrays Ingrid, does an excellent job as do many of the other actors.
The storyline holds numerous surprises as well as several edges that are quite unexpected and unusual. A well thought out and executed horror film that is perfect for the viewer who doesn't mind letting the tension build and who does not need to rely on instant gratifications. Overall, a very satisfying film.

Title - Horror Express Starring - Christopher Lee, Peter Cushing, Alberto de Mendoza, Silvia Tortosa, Julio Pena, Angel del Pozo, Telly Savalas Directed by - Gene Martin Producer(s) - Bernard Gordon Screenwriter(s) - Arnaud D'Usseau, Julian Halevy

A very entertaining film that should not be missed. A British archeologist discovers a frozen ape man at the beginning of the century. The ape man is then placed on board a Trans-Siberian railway that is traveling from China to Russia. Thus begins the Horror Express.
Christopher Lee portrays the man who actually uncovers this fossil, which turns out to be much more than it at first appears to be. The beauty of the terrain in which this film was shot is an interesting aspect of the film.
The host of characters are equally interesting, including Peter Cushing who portrays a scientist by the name of Dr. Wells. Christoper Lee does a very good job, as can be expected. The remainder of the cast also offer excellent performances. Overall this is a very fast-paced action film filled with science fiction that is inventive, chilling and gory.
Definitely worth viewing and a must see for everyone who is a fan of classic horror films. Very probably one of the best horror films to be produced during the classic age of horror films.

Title - Paper Man Starring - Dean Stockwell, Stefanie Powers, James Stacy, Tina Chen, Elliott Street, James Olson Directed by - Walter Grauman Producer(s) - Anthony Wilson Screenwriter(s) - James D. Buchanan, Ronald Austin
Review
An excellent film that should not be missed. If you are into extremely scary horror films, this is one that should be part of your collection. One of the most frightening aspects of this film is that it has numerous possibilities which could really happen. Quite a frightening thought. An extremely original plot line that keeps you captivated from the beginning to the frightening end.
Plot revolves around college student pranksters who use their computer knowledge in order to create an individual who can get around the credit restrictions which are normally placed on students. As one can imagine, this quickly gets out of hand and the person they create suddenly won't allow himself to be sent back into the cyber world.
The storyline of this film will keep you guessing right up to the very end. Excellent acting with some great leading roles; one of which is Dean Stockwell, who gives an excellent performance.

Title - The Satanic Rites of Dracula Starring - Christoper Lee, Peter Cushing, Michael Coles, William Franklyn, Freddie Jones, Joanna Linnley, Richard Vernon Directed by - Alan Gibson Producer(s) - Roy Skeggs Screenwriter(s) - Don Houghton
Review
In this fabulous film, the meetings of a secret organization begin to concern the British Intelligence. Evidence has been discovered indicating that high ranking officials are participating in satanic rituals.
Professor Larimer Van Helsing, portrayed by Peter Cushing, is an occult expert who is called upon to interpret the evidence that has been discovered. He uncovers the fact that his friend, Professor Keeley (Freddie Jones) is actually involved. When professor Van Helsing goes to question his friend about the incidents, Keeley is killed and the professor is left for dead.
After returning to the authorities, professor Van Helsing turns over the information he has discovered. Eventually it is discovered that Count Dracula, portrayed by Christopher Lee, is behind all of the incidents, and is on the verge of unleashing vengeance of unprecedented proportions on mankind. Professor Van Helsing must rush to stop him before it is too late.
The great storyline behind this film, along with the excellent performances, deliver a double power punch that results in a very entertaining film. A nice blend of contemporary horror, spy suspense and action.
